PEGS Parent Group
The PEGS Parent Group is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization supporting the mission, vision, and core values of the program, including:
To create/foster a supportive community for students enrolled in PEGS, as well as their parents and caregivers,
To enhance the educational environment in PEGS through volunteer resources and materials for the classroom and program not provided by the district,
To disseminate information to parents and other interested persons concerning the PEGS program,
To advocate for gifted education and promote a climate in the community in which achievement and excellence in children are recognized and valued, and
To serve as a liaison between PEGS families and Lindbergh Schools.

MHS Gifted and Talented Education solutions help educators identify and support high‑ability learners, ensuring gifted potential is recognized fairly across student populations. Our scientifically validated assessments are designed to reveal how students think, not just what they know. By measuring reasoning and cognitive strengths, we help uncover potential in students who are often overlooked because of language, background, or exposure to learning opportunities. Educators and gifted program coordinators rely on MHS to support early, comprehensive identification and informed programming. Our solutions enable fair, data‑driven decisions that expand access to gifted services and support more representative gifted education programs.
At MHS, we believe gifted identification should open doors. Our approach is grounded in fairness by design—helping schools recognize talent, nurture strengths, and create pathways where every student has the opportunity to be seen and supported.
